The medical team of doctors, nurses and assistants are excellent. They are knowledgeable, caring and communicative. However, the admin side of this business is pathetic. No one answers the phone, EVER. You cannot conveniently make an appointment. You leave a message when prompted and you do not get a call back. If you attempt to return a missed call with the parties' extension, you cannot access that with their phone system. The facility itself is dated and it feels like you are in some sort of production line. The waiting room is inadequate and barely comfortable. When I was there, the waiting room was as cold as a meat locker. I have been a patient there for more than 8 years. I'm certainly not going back to this place. There are other choices out there. I would, however, seek out my very qualified physician if he relocated to a different facility. Lions...not sheep.
Very professional and friendly staff and doctors. They took my health seriously.
